Sheraton Hotel Kuala Lumpur

The integration of the digital signage solution was comissioned to Click Grafix and Be Digital by Aquawalk, with the cretaive team from Be Digital developing the content for the signage.To accommodate the different themes within the aquarium, a variation of templates were created to fit in content such as fun facts, educational facts, video, sales and marketing promotions, details of events and activities as well as informative data.

Designs were created for 3 main locations:

• The glass panel at the main entrance
• The Aquatheatre
• Plasma screens along the perimeter of the Aquaria KLCC wall.

SRC TV

Client: Shell Refining Company Malaysia Berhad

Be Digital provided Shell Refining Company (SRC) with an effective visual communications solution to disseminate corporate information, real-time operational data and quality performance of their plant.

The content for SRC TV is created using Scala InfoChannel Designer software installed on standard Dell computers and is distributed to the players through the Scala InfoChannel Network Manager via local LAN throughout the plant.

SRC TV content is displayed on 50” Sony LCD screens that are positioned in strategic areas such as the lobby of the main office, the Engineering office and in the CCB area.

Be Digital deleloped the initial digital content or channel using Scala InfoChannel Designer. The SRC Channel contents consist of weather reports, upcoming events, internal news and activities as well as a 'Traffic Light' simulation which is a comprehensive chart displaying real-time visual status and performance specific plant operations that are indicated through colour coded icons of red, green and amber. This system ensures the flow of crucial data to the employees is consistent and immediate, enhancing productivity and motivating immediate action.

To integrate the function of the 'Trafic Lights' with the Scala software, Click Grafix developed a specific application that reads data from the plants' system which in turn displays the 'Traffic Lights' in real-time according to the respective status of the operations.

Mydin Hypermarket Subang

Client: Mydin Mohamed Holdings Berhad

Mydin leads the way for dynamic digital signage in the hypermart retail industry in Malaysia by employing its own in-store multimedia TV network; Mydin TV at its recently launched hypermart complex in USJ, Selangor.

The initial content development of Mydin TV was designed by the creative team of Be Digital. Mydin TV channel has visually stimulating content which keeps its shoppers, tenants and suppliers up to date with its current promotions and campaigns throughout the store.
